Biography
Andy Hopper lives in Wise County with his wife, Amanda. Together they have three sons, one daughter-in-law, and one granddaughter. He serves as a Chief Warrant Officer in the Texas State Guard and has a master’s degree in computer science. Andy currently serves as the Representative for Texas House District 64.
