Are American universities filled with staff, professors, and students who are trying to be outrageous for the sake of it, or are some of them acting insane and perverted as a deliberate way of corrupting the culture?
To answer my own question, I think it is probably a little bit of both. I think there are some people in academia who are just trying to outdo everyone else in smearing the past, despising anyone who doesn’t agree with them, and making even more ridiculous assertions than the next professor. A seminar on queer ghosts or Muslim drag queens is a way of getting attention and shocking people outside academia rather than a serious exploration of a research topic.

On the other hand, there are also academics who know perfectly well that many of the things they say are either false or egregiously biased. The whole point is that they want to brainwash young people in order to transform America. Communists, fascists, racists, and Islamists have always understood the power of indoctrinating the next generation so that they perpetuate their ideology and erase the past. Too many American colleges, universities, and even grade schools have become for the modern left and for Islamists what the Hitler Youth was to the Nazis.

Cold War-era South Koreans would certainly be surprised to hear that Todd A. Henry, a University of California San Diego professor, wrote a book called Profits of Queerness analyzing their country and era in terms of radical gender theory. Even in 2026, the majority of South Koreans disapprove of LGBTQ lifestyles and do not support transgender "treatments." They have preserved more of their traditional values than America has. Certainly in 1950 Korea, the last thing on almost anyone's minds would have been the following nonsense, taken from a UC Irvine lecture description:
Combining queer and feminist approaches with carceral studies and the medical humanities, this interdisciplinary study reveals how societal conformity to strict norms of gender, sex, and sexuality was foundational to the operation of militarized capitalism in a divided nation… the book meticulously exposes how the intersection of mass media, sexual medicine, and state policing worked to entrench rigid binaries, such as male versus female and healthy versus deviant… More broadly, Profits of Queerness introduces the concept of “hetero-authoritarianism,” offering scholars a global lens.
Henry is such an ideologue that he is obsessed with imposing his own incredibly modern American view on every other culture and time period. Unfortunately, he receives a salary for propagandizing young people to do the same.
Meanwhile, to graduate from the University of Minnesota, students must take a course on "Race, Power, and Justice in the United States," according to Campus Reform. Syracuse University makes all of its first-year or transfer students take a one-credit seminar on supposed "intersectional privilege," discussing "Levels of Racism." The University of Chicago's Pritzker School of Medicine advertises an externship which mandates that students be exposed to 50 abortions, and the Rutgers University Law School’s Center for Security, Race and Rights says it focuses specifically on helping Muslims and Palestinians.
This is how someone like Tyler Robinson comes from a right-leaning family, becomes a lefty in high school, and then turns into a violent, bloodthirsty, deranged woke wacko in college. Charlie Kirk's assassination was a result of the communist education system that transforms American youth into perpetual victims or left-wing terrorists.
Evil always mixes a half-truth with a whole lie and appeals to the worst of human nature’s fascination with what is unknown or scandalous. That has been true from the garden of Eden up to the present, and it seems a pretty good indication that most American academics are on the side of the devil that they are more interested in shocking and propagandizing students than in actually educating them or understanding reality.
