Iran’s Regime Deliberately Made Conditions Impossible for Peace

The Iranian regime has demanded that Israel not fight back against any attacks from Lebanon, knowing full well that Iranian proxy Hezbollah will certainly not stop attacking, and that Israel does not want to accept one massacre after another without a response. But the whole point was to achieve conditions impossible to meet, so that no peace can occur.

The entire situation makes no sense because Israel is not allowed to be part of any peace deal, and yet the peace deal is contingent upon Israel ceasing all of its defensive activities against Hezbollah. And Hezbollah murdered five Israelis and injured 12 more just last night, June 18, per the Israeli Foreign Ministry. But since the Iranian leaders are fundamentalist Muslims who believe it is their primary mission in life to bring death to America and Israel and trigger the coming of the Mahdi (Islamic Messiah), the ayatollahs meant to create insurmountable obstacles to peace.

Iranian Parliament Speaker Mohammad-Baqer Ghalibaf (or Qalibaf) declared in April, "I, as a soldier, am fighting in the realm of negotiations.” On Sunday, just after the peace deal announcement, Ghalibaf called for Jihad and enthusiastically praised Hezbollah. For him and his fellow negotiators — all the leaders who have to sign off on the peace deal — negotiations are just a way to provide respite for rebuilding. As the mayor of Tehran put it, this allows them a period of reflection before round two against the “great Satan,” America.

On Thursday, Ghalibaf asserted, “In the event of bad faith, breach of contract, and excessive demands by the opposing side, we have no hesitation in delivering a crushing response to the enemy. They were once slapped during the war; if they wish to tread that path again, they will receive an even harder slap.”

Terrorists do not stop committing terrorism for any bribes from other countries. The West has been trying this method in Gaza for decades, and it has always been a spectacular failure there. It will not be any less of a failure with Iran, whose leaders sponsor Hamas and all the other Jihadis who wreak such havoc across the Middle East. America handed the Iranian regime a phenomenal deal from Tehran’s perspective, and the mullahs still don’t want it. These people do not want prosperity, peace, or stability. They want endless Jihad until they go to receive their 72 virgins in Muslim paradise.

Sometimes, unfortunately, the only way to save lives is to eliminate all of the mass murderers posing as political leaders.
