Doctors Without Borders claims to be an impartial and compassionate medical aid organization. It is anything but, however, and all the people who have spent years citing its claims about Israel and Islamic countries uncritically were hoodwinked.
In 1999, Doctors Without Borders received the Nobel Peace Prize. Of course, the prize has long been rather meaningless — Yasser Arafat, father of modern jihad, received it in the '90s as well — but it is undoubtedly true that the international aid group has received undue credit since then for its supposed humanitarian work because of that prize. But a new sexual exploitation scandal in Chad is proving that Doctors Without Borders should be called Doctors Without Integrity.
Let’s start with the longtime accusations against the group. For years, Doctors Without Borders has been stubbornly refusing to acknowledge that hospitals in Gaza are essentially run by Hamas and utilized by them, not only as shields for terrorist bases, but as holding facilities for hostages and torture facilities for local Gazan dissidents. Earlier this year, Doctors Without Borders finally admitted that terrorists were intimidating and arresting patients and moving weapons around in Nasser Hospital.
The Times of Israel in March summed up the basic accusations against Doctors Without Borders (Médecins Sans Frontières or MSF):
There is longstanding documentation of Hamas’s use of hospitals for military purposes… Since October 7, 2023 extensive evidence has emerged of healthcare workers directly involved in Hamas’s terror apparatus… Against the backdrop of escalating concern over the integrity of humanitarian operations, Israel’s Ministry of Diaspora Affairs announced new registration and vetting requirements in March 2025 for non-governmental organizations (NGOs) operating in the Palestinian territories, including disclosure of staff identities to screen for terrorist links…MSF announced on January 30, 2026 that it would not comply…
British-Palestinian physician Ghassan Abu-Sittah held a press conference from the hospital grounds claiming that an Israeli air strike hit Al-Ahli Hospital’s operating room, causing a mass casualty “massacre.” Subsequent evidence showed the explosion was the result of a misfired PIJ rocket in the parking lot. The incident continues to be cited as evidence of Israeli “genocide”…Further evidence has emerged that some MSF-affiliated healthcare workers in Gaza were members of Hamas or other Palestinian terrorist groups. Documented cases include individuals involved in rocket production, sniper activity, and operatives photographed in Hamas uniforms alongside senior commanders.
Over 40% of their staff statements praised Hamas and the Oct. 7 atrocities. That number encapsulates just how corrupt and destructive Doctors Without Borders is.

Now for the latest scandal. There is evidence that multiple MSF staff were systematically raping young girls while in Chad. Hillel Neuer, who leads watchdog group UN Watch, commented on Saturday, highlighting that the group has had sex exploitation scandals before:

From the Associated Press exclusive:
The international aid group Doctors Without Borders found a pattern of abuse and sexual exploitation by some local and foreign staff working in Chad along the Sudanese border, in some cases targeting underage girls or trading food or jobs for sex with refugees, according to a confidential internal memo obtained by The Associated Press.
The Doctors Without Borders report — completed in July and first reported Saturday by The Associated Press — found 59 allegations of abuse and said 18 staff members were dismissed and barred from future employment. In some cases, the group told AP, the allegations couldn’t be verified or the perpetrators identified. The report also said some of the repeated exploitation suggested potentially organized “sexual trafficking.”
Doctors Without Borders is trying to look as if it cleans up its own messes, but its track record in Gaza and the fact that the Chad situation has multiple MSF precedents tell a different story. Doctors Without Borders isn’t a trustworthy humanitarian group; it has become a front for terrorists and traffickers.
