As Minnesota Democrats pardon an illegal-alien felon guilty of armed robbery, federal authorities accuse California Democrats of repeatedly releasing an illegal-alien serial criminal who just stabbed two women and a baby. But then again, crime and chaos are part of the Democrats’ plan.
On May 27, Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz (D) and his Board of Pardons announced a pardon for Jai Vang, an illegal alien from Laos with felony convictions for robbery and robbery of a business with a gun, and a conviction for driving while under the influence of liquor. The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is furious, but since Walz previously compared the DHS and ICE immigration crackdown to the Nazi Holocaust, the corrupt governor is unlikely to care about their fury. Until the federal government starts arresting criminals regardless of their political title, Walz and his ilk will pay no heed at all to following the law.
Like Walz, California Gov. Gavin Newsom (D) pardoned attempted murderer and Cambodian illegal alien Somboon Phaymany in February. Speaking of California, authorities repeatedly released an alien with a serial track record of driving under the influence. Indeed, authorities in San Joaquin County — a heavily Democrat county — specifically defied an ICE detainer request in June 2025, the last time they released the alien. From the DHS press release:
On May 28, 2026, the Modesto Police Department responded to reports of a disturbance at a home, where they found three victims with stab wounds. According to local reports, two of the victims – 23-year-old Fabiola Gonzalez-Nunez and 54-year-old Maria Sylvia Nunez-Villalobos – were pronounced dead at the scene. The third victim, an infant named Mateo Gonzalez, died at the hospital. Police confirmed that Gonzalez-Nunez was the infant’s mother and that Nunez-Villalobos was the infant’s grandmother.
Shortly after finding the victims, police arrested 28-year-old Joaquin Escoto Vazquez, a criminal illegal alien from Mexico, who is believed to have been in a relationship with Gonzalez-Nunez.
As stupid as Fabiola was for being in a relationship with Vazquez, she didn't deserve to die that way. And of course, most innocent of all is her baby, who had absolutely no guilt and suffered entirely for the sins of others.

As an interesting note, both the California and Minnesota Democrats seem to be violating 8 U.S. Code § 1324, which forbids harboring, shielding, attempting to shield, or encouraging residence in the USA of illegal aliens.
But that is also on purpose. From the era when Andrew Jackson openly defied the Supreme Court’s authority to enforce the Constitution to Bloody Kansas to the Civil War to the era of Jim Crow and the KKK, Democrats have always been extremely selective about which laws they follow, and equally dedicated to using crime and violence as political tools.
After all, Democrat policies never made anyone’s lives better, aside from a handful of corrupt elites. So Democrats have to spread and enforce their ideology through fear. Also, illegal immigrant labor is their modern replacement for the slaves whom Republicans freed, and any Americans who die at the hands of illegal aliens are just sacrifices on the altar of Democrats’ goals.
