The New York Post just revealed an Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) terrorist tried to assassinate Donald Trump’s daughter Ivanka, right after the Iranian regime offered a massive monetary reward for assassinating her father.
Mohammad Baqer Saad Dawood Al-Saadi, now in U.S. custody, vowed he would murder Ivanka and had a blueprint of her home in Florida. He is complicit in multiple other terrorist attacks in the last few months, so this was not just some random wacko rage-posting on X (though he did threaten the president’s daughter there as well, according to the Post).
Al-Saadi’s X post threatened in Arabic, “I say to the Americans look at this picture [of Ivanka’s home] and know that neither your palaces nor the Secret Service will protect you. We are currently in the stage of surveillance and analysis. I told you, our revenge is a matter of time.”
Al-Saadi is from Iraq, but has ties to Iranian terrorists and resented the U.S. elimination of IRGC's Qasem Soleimani, the Post explained. He bombed a synagogue in Belgium and set fire to a temple in Rotterdam, among other attacks:
Al-Saadi is said to be a high-ranking figure in Iraq-Iran terror circles, arrested in Turkey on May 15 and extradited to the US where he is charged with 18 attacks and attempted attacks throughout Europe and the United States, per the Department of Justice.
He’s been behind attacks on US and Jewish targets including the firebombing of the Bank of New York Mellon in Amsterdam in March, the stabbing of two Jewish victims in London in April and a shooting at the US consulate building in Toronto, also in March, according to the DoJ.
And while Iranian terrorists might feel particular satisfaction in targeting Ivanka, given the fact that she is Jewish, they also want to eliminate her father.

Indeed, the Iranian Majlis or parliament is drafting legislation to offer a reward of €50 million to an individual assassin or team who can successfully eliminate Donald Trump. They are also offering rewards for the murder of other U.S. and Israeli officials, including Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.

He posted a surveillance map of her Florida home on X with a threat in Arabic: "Our revenge is a matter of time."

This is not merely empty braggadocio, either, because there have been multiple Iranian assassination teams in the United States. Notably, in March, a federal jury convicted Asif Merchant of coming to the United States on behalf of the Iranian regime with the purpose of orchestrating political assassinations, particularly Trump's. The FBI also identified a plot from spy Farhed Shakeri and his Iranian paymasters, who recruited hitmen to assassinate Trump before the 2024 election.
The Iranian regime is the biggest state sponsor of terrorism in the world, and Al-Saadi illustrates their reach. This one man has been involved in attacking innocent civilians from Belgium to the Netherlands to the United States to Britain.
