Palestinian Authority (PA) President Mahmoud Abbas is claiming that, despite the millions of dollars in aid daily flowing into Gaza, his jihad-loving regime has insufficient funds for “pay-for-slay.”
Abbas, like nearly all Muslim regimes and far too many Westerners, is blaming the Jews for his problem, which is apparently a too-low terrorist reward cash stash. Because Israel is wisely withholding $5 billion in tax and customs revenue it has previously shared with the PA, Abbas doesn't have enough to pay for "prisoners," which means terrorists caught while or after committing terrorism. Over 650 jihadis with ties to the Oct. 7 atrocities reportedly received "pay-for-slay" payouts, while over 150 terrorists released through the U.S.-brokered Gaza "peace deal" became automatic millionaires through the same means.

Mahmoud Abbas at the 8th Fatah Conference complained that the PA needs money “to pay prisoners.”

Unfortunately, any peace plan with Gaza is inherently temporary. Fundamentalist Muslim terrorists will never stop waging and funding jihad, and trying to bribe them into peace simply gives them more funds for jihad activities. Nor is the PA any less radical than Hamas. They are part of the same bloodthirsty cult.
When terrorists are promoted to the leadership of the Palestinian Authority’s ruling party, the message is unmistakable: terror is being legitimized and rewarded.

Yesterday, three declared terrorists were elected to Fatah’s highest institution, its Central Committee:

The 8th Fatah Conference illustrates what I mean. "The continued withholding [by Israel] of the Palestinian people's funds, which have so far exceeded $5 billion, by Allah! an oil-rich state cannot bear this, how can we bear it, $5 billion," Abbas whined. Incidentally, look at how much aid Israel daily facilitates into Gaza, while its own Israeli people continue to suffer from Hezbollah attacks and hundreds of Israelis are displaced due to terrorism:

Abbas continued, describing members of his terror-loving PA as "public employees" and terrorists as "prisoners": "And all this [$5 billion] needs to be paid to public employees, to prisoners, and so on, and other expenses." In other words, by saying he needs billions of dollars for "prisoners," Abbas just confessed to the continuance of pay-for-slay. Payouts to jihadis increased between 2024 ($144 million) and 2025 ($214 million), and it seems that if Abbas gets his way, the trend will continue upwards. Israel's Foreign Ministry reacted to the video by affirming, "And now Abbas complains Israel is withholding the money. No chance Israel will allow these funds to bankroll terrorism."
Hopefully Donald Trump is not still planning to send Gaza $10 billion of We the People's money. If Abbas gets his hands on any of it, he will simply use it to step up his "pay-for-slay" payments.
