Young Americans are so psychologically, politically, and morally messed up because adults — whether teachers, parents, politicians, or celebrities — encouraged their insanity. For instance, I’d sure like to know what the parents of a “transgender”-identifying athlete were thinking, letting him compete against and beat his sister.
The “Womens Varsity 400 Meters” results in the Prep League Championship, which occurred in California, show that “Lina Haaga” came in first with a time of 59.45 seconds. “Sienna Haaga” put up a valiant effort but barely came in second at 60.03 seconds. While the Haagas attend different schools, as “Lina” is listed with “Poly (Pasadena)” and Sienna with “Flintridge Prep,” Reduxx affirms they’re siblings — and that “Lina” is actually Paul.
No doubt the parents are assiduously brainwashing Sienna to think this is acceptable, but there has to be a part of her irritated at having to compete against and lose to her own brother just because he changed his name. Then again, the whole family is apparently excessively woke, because The UK Daily Mail reported that the Haagas are the grandkids of former NPR CEO Paul Haaga Jr., hence "Lina's" original name. The elder Paul Haaga has also been chairman of the Facebook Oversight Board Trust at the time the board deplatformed Donald Trump. The younger Haaga children certainly come from a background of power, money, and extreme leftism.
Reduxx reported that Paul attends Polytechnic School, an elite high school where tuition can climb to $48,000 annually, and that his sister attends Flintridge Preparatory School.
Haaga also helped his team take gold in the Women’s Varsity 4 x 400 relay to clinch first place by just under a second, once again pushing his sister into second place.
Despite only being a 14-year-old freshman, Haaga has already established himself as a strong competitor within multiple girls’ athletic disciplines.
Along with competing in track, he was described as “one of the key singles players” for the school in girls tennis, and has also tried his hand at basketball, swimming, lacrosse, and water polo.
And here again we come to the parental failure, because the outlet stated that Paul’s parents transitioned him at a young age.

In some cases, of course, schools transition children without parents’ permission, which is why there is the egregious California legislation requiring schools to hide “gender transitions” if the parents are likely to oppose them. But many of the children who transitioned, especially if they transition quite young, are products of woke parents’ insanity. In some leftist circles, it is almost a requirement to have a child who is somehow LGBTQ. These parents use their children as subjects of experimentation in their crazed ideology.
The Haaga adults have certainly convinced young Paul that he is a victim, as The Daily Mail pointed out, he had whined to its fellow UK outlet The Guardian this year, "The political climate has put into question my relationship with sports. Instead of it being something innocent, I can just enjoy without fear of being discriminated against, I've had to now worry every time I step on the track or the court that somebody might disagree with my participation. That's been really scary, because it's started to steal something that's precious for me – that moment of bliss." Paul-Lina then said he'd continue to play against girls anyway as an "act of resistance." Because nothing says courage like competing against the opposite sex, knowing the odds are stacked biologically in your favor every time.
One wonders if the Haagas, like too many rich or celebrity parents, transitioned their son as a sort of trophy of leftism or a tool for woke bragging rights. Frankly, such parents should be sued for child abuse.
