Climate alarmists, who have been wrong about every single major prediction for more than 60 years, keep assuring Westerners that if we don’t give up our cars, our meat, our reliable energy, and our rights, the whole world will implode in climate catastrophe. The most ironic part is that pollution from Communist China far outstrips any supposed benefits from all Western climate alarmist programs and projects.
First of all, "net zero carbon emissions" is quite literally impossible, and second of all, it is not even desirable. Carbon is the chemical basis for all life on earth, and cutting carbon is an attack on life itself. Furthermore, so-called "green energy" is not only expensive and inefficient, but it relies on slave and abusive labor in China and Africa, and is, in fact, extremely toxic to the environment, from production to disposal. But even if we did accept the false premises of climate alarmism, still, all the trillions wasted on "cutting emissions" in the West would be pointless, wiped out by the excessive pollution of Communist China.
Let's talk numbers so you can see what I mean. As of 2024, Our World in Data reported that China produced over 30%, or about a third, of the world's emissions all by itself. In contrast, as of 2024, according to the same source, the United States was responsible for less than 13% of global emissions, and our emissions have steadily fallen since 1950. While U.S. emissions went down, China's emissions shot up.
An October 2025 report made a shocking and fascinating comparison between the emissions of another woke Western country and the emissions from Communist China:
New analysis released today by the Institute of Public Affairs on global emissions data shows:
• Every 12 days China emits more carbon than Australia does in an entire year.
o This means the annual effect on global emissions from Australia reaching net zero emissions would be cancelled out by China every two weeks.
• Australia’s carbon emissions per capita have decreased by 24.3% since 2004, while China’s have increased by 109%.
• China is responsible for 73% of the increase in global carbon emissions since 2004, while Australia is responsible for none of the increase as Australia’s emissions have declined over this period.
And yet, the Australian government continues to tout its "Net Zero Plan" for "decarbonisation" by 2050.

You see how ridiculous it is for countries like the United States and Australia to try to cut emissions further, when Communist China is not only producing so many more emissions but actually increasing emissions nearly every year. The UK Independent, for example, admitted in February, "Even as China's expansion of solar and wind power raced ahead in 2025, the Asian giant opened many more coal power plants than it had in recent years — raising concern about whether the world's largest emitter will reduce carbon emissions enough to limit climate change."
The hosts of "The China Show," Matt Tye and Winston Sterzel, have noted before that China regularly dumps waste in the ocean and has scarcely any meaningful climate regulations for much of its industry.
Climate change is not an imminent catastrophe, but climate alarmism is. It costs Western economies and taxpayers billions of dollars annually. It has long led us to sabotage our industry and energy grids while shipping that industry overseas to countries that don't give a hang about pollution, like China. So global pollution is as bad as ever, but Western nations are committing energy and economic suicide.
