The latest casualties, which did not occur because of either hostile or friendly fire, bring the number of Americans who died in Operation Epic Fury against the terrorist Iranian regime up to 14. Seven American soldiers were killed in combat, and one died in a health-related incident, besides the six who died in the refueling tanker aircraft crash. The joint U.S.-Israeli operation against the murderous Iranian regime has been very successful so far, but it has come at the price of brave Americans’ and Israelis’ lives.

U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM), which is conducting Operation Epic Fury, confirmed the casualties Friday morning in an X post. “All six crew members aboard a U.S. KC-135 refueling aircraft that went down in western Iraq are now confirmed deceased. The aircraft was lost while flying over friendly airspace March 12 during Operation Epic Fury.”

The deadly incident occurred on Thursday, March 12, and CENTCOM does not appear to have a definite answer as to why.

Without adding further clarification, CENTCOM simply stated, “The circumstances of the incident are under investigation. However, the loss of the aircraft was not due to hostile fire or friendly fire. The identities of the service members are being withheld until 24 hours after next of kin have been notified.” CENTCOM will likely release more details when the cause of the crash becomes clear.

Kuwaiti forces previously shot down three U.S. F-15E Strike Eagles, but while the loss of the jets to friendly fire was disastrous, fortunately, the pilots all evacuated safely. The latest incident did not result in such fortunate survival.

On March 12, President Donald Trump issued an update on the Iran operation. “We are totally destroying the terrorist regime of Iran, militarily, economically, and otherwise, yet, if you read the Failing New York Times, you would incorrectly think that we are not winning. Iran’s Navy is gone, their Air Force is no longer, missiles, drones and everything else are being decimated, and their leaders have been wiped from the face of the earth,” Trump confidently declared.

He boasted, “We have unparalleled firepower, unlimited ammunition, and plenty of time - Watch what happens to these deranged scumbags today. They’ve been killing innocent people all over the world for 47 years, and now I, as the 47th President of the United States of America, am killing them. What a great honor it is to do so! Thank you for your attention to this matter.”

Earlier this year, the Iranian regime massacred over 40,000 anti-regime protesters in its own country, causing the Persian people to call on America for assistance. Operation Epic Fury was the response.

Hopefully, the Iranian regime will collapse without costing any more American troops’ lives, and no more deadly accidents will occur. We pray for all U.S. troops deployed overseas and their families.
