Documenting the West’s descent into Satanic receivership at the hands of the gender goblins and their allies in media and government.
Sad violin music time: Trannies unduly put upon by archaic medical system that doesn’t recognize their prostate issues
For millennia, reaching back in time to the birth of medicine in the West in ancient Greece, and in fact throughout all of human civilization, scholars in the field have understood that women do not have prostates, a male reproductive organ that surrounds other male reproductive organs such as the testes and the seminal vesicles and works in concert with them, forming together something called the “male reproductive system.”
Via Cleveland Clinic (emphasis added):
The prostate is a small, firm, partly muscular gland that helps make up the male reproductive system. It surrounds part of your urethra. It creates fluids that help make up semen. Semen is the fluid that carries sperm during ejaculation. It leaves your body through your urethra, usually after an orgasm…
Your prostate gland makes extra fluid in your semen. The fluid contains enzymes, zinc and citric acid. These components help nourish sperm cells and lubricate your urethra. Muscles in your prostate also help push semen into and through your urethra when you orgasm.
It is only in the last ten years or so, with the rapid progression of society towards a gender-free utopia populated by contented eunuchs, that our collective understanding of human anatomy has caught up with The Science™ — in recognition, at long last, of the glorious truth that women can actually have male sex organs and vice versa.

Without making excuses for the bigoted doctors who have failed to keep up with the evolving edicts of The Science™, such things will obviously be confusing to such medical professionals brought up in the before-times, before penised individuals were allowed to be recognized as women, which is their sacred human right.
Here, several trannies of diverse backgrounds in the UK, all of them remarkably fugly, share their horror stories of unfathomable abuse and trauma that they experienced at the hands of transphobic doctors who failed to detect their prostate cancer on account of their provincialism.

“When I actually struggled with the GP to get my prostate examined, there was so much amount of resistance related to that,” explains the Indian one. “Very specifically, I would like to encourage people from ethnic minority — I’m Indian, I’m Asian — studies like this is an opportunity* for you to get engaged with the healthcare system.”
*I was under the impression that Indians were generally really good at English, but this brave and stunning 100% woman of color appears to struggle with the grammar aspect.
Anyway, the study he referenced is an initiative called TransPRIDE:
The TransPRIDE study is about how gender-affirming care affects PSA, a blood test for prostate health, including cancer. This study will help doctors find and treat prostate cancer in trans women and non-binary people…
If you’re a trans woman or non-binary person aged 40+ with a prostate, this study is for you. You’ll take a blood test and a follow-up 6 months later. We’re working to improve early prostate cancer detection in our communities.
Imagine yourself as a gynecologist in the employ of the NHS. In walks a homely woman, homely even by British standards, and demands a thorough examination of his lady-prostate.

You stare in a mixture of disbelief, confusion, and horror.
Coming to your senses suddenly, realizing your job is on the line if you respond inappropriately, you sigh, resign yourself to your lot in life, slip the latex on, and perform the first prostate exam — but definitely not the last — of your career.
