Diversifying the police force is an ‘operational necessity’
Citing the progressive “migrants policing migrants” model of public safety, London Metropolitan police chief Sir Mark Rowley recently announced a “major recruitment campaign” to lure migrants onto the force because not enough of the feral orcs on the prowl are successfully getting away with stabbing the natives like Henry Nowak — with the “ceremonial” knives they’re exclusively allowed to carry while said natives go unarmed — and then claiming that the stabbing was totally halal because the white man (literal Satan) allegedly made a racist remark before his murder/cultural enrichment.

As a general rule of thumb — and I always tell clients this in my PR consulting for police departments — you never want your police chief, male or female, to look to be suffering from a brutal tangle with menopause and losing the war.
I advise them: it’s fine to have a middle-aged spinster as the face of your local DMV — in fact, it would be weird if it weren’t — but it’s not the best look for police departments.

It’s obviously ableist and sexist and ageist and whatever, but people generally don’t want to have to wonder if the top law enforcement officer in their jurisdiction has osteoporosis.
As far as the substance of the “migrants policing migrants” model, even if you granted the premise of the argument — that migrants don’t want to be bossed around by the white man (literal Satan) — there would be no premise to grant if the authorities weren’t actively flooding Britain with said Third World migrants in need of policing.
