Migrant Home Secretary announces streamlined ‘legal routes for refugees’ to ‘unlock the inherent generosity of this country’
Muslim migrant Shabana Mahmood, who somehow got herself put in charge of British domestic policy as Home Secretary, has generously announced that the country she is currently squatting in will enable other migrants claiming “refugee” status to more easily squat in Britain as well.

While, yes, one is forced to concede, technically, Shabana was (allegedly) born in Birmingham to Pakistani migrants, and so is ostensibly, on paper, legally British, my counterpoint is that she’s not actually British and never will be, no matter what her passport says.
I don’t subscribe to the “notional nation” theory that proponents of mass migration use to justify the Great Replacement, and neither should any British patriot.
Shabana Mahmood is Pakistani, always will be Pakistani, and can never under any circumstances legitimately claim to be British simply because her parents decided to squat in Birmingham and have a child onto British soil.
If she must be in charge of crafting government immigration policy — and God help any country in which she does it — she ought to be doing it in Pakistan.

Shabana Mahmood will announce a new legal route for refugees that prioritises Afghan women and girls and Palestinians, unfreezing a scheme that will put the most vulnerable refugees on a faster path to permanent status.
The change marks a shift in Mahmood’s approach to asylum seekers after the abrupt closure of the Afghan resettlement scheme last year and changes that will keep refugee status under constant review for two decades.
The home secretary is to say the changes will show there is fairness in the immigration system to support the most vulnerable refugees and that a balanced system will “unlock the inherent generosity of this country”…
“Fairness is what unites us in this country. A fair society is what unlocks the very best of us. Because when people think this country is fair, they are more open and generous to others. When this country feels unfair, people turn inwards. They grow less willing to tolerate difference,” she will say.
“I know the British people have not given up on their belief that we should be compassionate, live up to our international obligations, and save the lives of those fleeing war and persecution. But I also know this process must be capped and controlled, and communities must be ready and able to welcome those who come here.
This Government will reopen the UK Resettlement Route in partnership with the United Nations.

Let’s concede that this appeal to emotion is obviously a heart-wrenching testimonial to the superior virtues of progressivism over literal fascism, and Diversity™ Is Our Greatest Strength™, and all of that good stuff.
My only quibble with this tender monologue from the LBC cuckold is that the “volunteers” making sure the migrant hordes land safely on British shores are not actually “aid workers.”
They’re human traffickers with tax-exempt status; they’re terrorists wielding bioweapons; the British ones participating in the Channel crossings are traitors.
A temporary impediment to their ongoing criminal conspiracy is the least that they deserve.
