Britain to get specialized, dedicated rape courts
As I reported in a recent edition of The Great Replacement Chronicles, UK “Women and Equalities Minister” Bridget Phillipson recently announced a “national taskforce aimed at tackling misogyny in society” that “will aim to address the issue by rooting out damaging attitudes online, in workplaces and within communities” regarding the alleged misogyny epidemic, which the Labour government has declared a national “emergency.”
(Of course. every progressive agenda item is, forever and always, with the exception of the migrant invasion, either an “emergency” or a “crisis” that necessitates immediate, aggressive intervention by the nanny state outside of the normal constraints of government power.)

Now, under the counter-misogyny regime, the government has announced the implementation of specialized “rape courts” to be housed in every court in the land and charged with expediting the prosecution of rapes (predominantly the ones committed by white men, if recent precedent is any indication, rather than the migrants who run the grooming gangs, which are an institutionalized form of cultural enrichment for British schoolgirls).

At least one courtroom in every Crown Court will be dedicated to handling these cases across England and Wales under the plans, set to be implemented by 2028 at an estimated cost of £23 million.

Labour promised in its 2024 manifesto to halve violence against women and girls within 10 years, and the latest Tmove is one of a number of Government measures aimed at tackling violence against women and girls (VAWG).

What’s the over/under on the percentage of these defendants who are going to be native Brits who said naughty things the Labour government doesn’t like on social media?
Back in December, as reported by the BBC, the government announced that “jury trials in England and Wales for crimes that carry a likely sentence of less than three years will be scrapped” so as “to tackle unprecedented delays in the court system.”
Countdown until the rape courts do away with jury trials for the rape defendants as well, under the pretext that they would be too traumatic for alleged rape victims to endure or that due process is a relic of The Patriarchy™ that impedes the implementation of progressive utopia or whatever.
