Urban talk show host claims Austin Metcalf wrote social media post immediately before stabbing that said he was hunting ‘monkeys’ with assault rifles
One of the co-hosts of urban talk show Point of View, a woman with culturally appropriated blonde hair, in late June following the jury conviction of Karmelo Anthony for the unprovoked stabbing of Austin Metcalf at a track meet in Texas, which somehow morphed into the “I have a dream” civil rights campaign du jour, came out with a bombshell revelation sure to shake the public understanding of the events leading up to the tragedy:
There is an alleged post from Austin that… he had two assault rifles on his, um, you know, on hisself [sic] in the car saying that ‘I dare one of the monkeys to come to this track meet today’ but this is someone who, Karmelo Anthony was a 3.7 GPA students working two jobs, but he’s the one we’re supposed to believe is the thug.

Not one, but two assault rifles on hisself!
Her co-hosts shake their heads in empathetic, indignant solidarity.
Hands up, don’t shoot!
That the victim in this story was actually at the track meet not to support his school but rather to go “monkey”-hunting is a very compelling retelling of events that calls into question the entire premise of the prosecution that Karmelo, a 3.7-GPA future Rhodes Scholar, was not acting in self-defense out of a reasonable fear for his life.
Unfortunately, just like the “hands up, don’t shoot” myth surrounding the justified killing of Michael Brown in Ferguson that led to riots, it’s also entirely fabricated out of whole cloth, which is likely why the lawyer had the blonde-haired news actress insert “alleged” before she completely slandered the slain victim to satisfy her grudge against the white man (literal Satan).
From Grok:
The specific claim about Austin Metcalf posting a video with assault rifles and saying “I dare one of the monkeys…” has **no supporting evidence**. It is absent from trial records, police reports, witness testimony, and all credible coverage of the April 2025 Frisco track meet stabbing. The actual facts: Anthony (then 17) sat under Memorial HS’s tent, was asked to leave, a brief confrontation and push occurred, and he stabbed Metcalf in the chest. Anthony’s self-defense claim was rejected by the jury.

That’s Grok’s polite way of saying that the lady with the culturally appropriated blonde hair is lying through her teeth and probably deserves a lawsuit.
Gunshot detectors racist?
In May, Cambridge City Council, deluged with accusations of racism, acquiesced to demands to cancel its gunshot detection program.
Via The Harvard Crimson (emphasis added):
The Cambridge City Council narrowly voted Monday to end the city’s use of ShotSpotter, a gunshot detection system that has drawn years of criticism from residents and councilors over privacy concerns and potential data-sharing with federal authorities.
The policy order, which passed in a 5-2-2 vote, directs City Manager Yi-An Huang ’05 to remove and disable ShotSpotter devices across Cambridge within 90 days of signing the measure…
In April, a meeting was held in the Council’s Public Safety Committee, bringing together activists, representatives from ShotSpotter, and city officials — including anti-policing groups like The Black Response and Stop ShotSpotter Coalition Camberville. And shortly after, Al-Zubi filed the policy order to end the technology’s use.
“BIPOC members of the Cambridge community are more likely to be recorded by ShotSpotter and thus are more vulnerable to potential abuses by the data and recordings collected by the company as well as overpolicing,” one apparent lesbian in a flannel shirt protested.

Why, one wonders, are automated gunshot detectors more likely to pick up on gunshots from BIPOCs?
Probably because they’ve been programmed by White Supremacists™.
